Are there programs that build the network topology based on the traffic recorded in this network (for example, on one of the routers)? By traffic dump I mean cap\pcap

If there is L2 in the dump (arp requests), then it may work. How to build a topology based on a dump if remote hosts appear in the dump WITHOUT intermediate points? :)
