Budget monitor for design

Hello!

I work a lot with photoshop. And the quality of the colors is very important, now I'm working on a Samsung SyncMaster 226 BW “22
But it's poor for these purposes.

Tell me the budget option within 15tr. If you have already bought one, then what is it (name, sensations)

Thank you :)

ViewSonic vp2365wb
I strongly advise you to take a closer look. For a long time I was professionally engaged in photography (photo labs: setup, maintenance, printing).
In August, I chose a budget monitor for home and pleasure (pictures, texts, movies, photoshop). The requirements were simple: decent color reproduction, decent viewing angles, FullHD. Chose meticulously, stopped on it.
Advantages (for more details, read my review on the i-market):
- Matrix e-IPS, FullHD (pure juicy colors, real viewing angles without image distortion: ~ 100 degrees horizontally, up to 90 degrees vertically).
- Not a bad factory calibration.
- ViewSonic positions the monitor as a professional one, this gives us a 3-year warranty, which also covers bad pixels (yes, if the dot burns out, then this is a warranty case!) + high-quality assembly.
- I was pleased with the comfortable high stand.
Disadvantages:
- The LED on the front panel immediately covered up with black electrical tape.
- My copy buzzes a little at brightness up to 94%.
- There is still a noticeable gradient (to yellow) on gray. But it is (and more noticeable) in more expensive professional models
- At large angles (~ > 100 degrees) black silver, violet, crimson, respectively, the contrast drops and the colors go a little (the larger the angle, the stronger the "effects"). I knew about it, everything suits.
I chose from what was on sale:
Dell 2209WA (this is a jamb, not a monitor ... a lot of marriage)
NEC EA231WMi (more functional ... I mean a menu)
DELL U2311H, DELL U2211H (brighter, more contrast, more functional in settings, BUT! ... read below ..)
Samsung F2380 (brake, noticeable shift in colors already when fidgeting in a chair, although black is yes, really black and details are not lost)
In addition, the above monitors on an eIPS matrix have a greater backlight unevenness, IMHO less details in black ... probably due to greater contrast.
Given the above, the natural features of eIPS and the availability of a guarantee for the matrix, I took viewsonic. Still satisfied and would recommend as a budget workhorse.
I hope I saved you time.

I recently bought a Dell U2311H. In general, I am satisfied, although there are "nuances".
1. The pixel is too small, the standard fonts in the OS and the Internet look small. If this is critical, it makes sense to look at the U2211H, which is also cheaper.
2. Cinematic format 16:9 in relation to the work is too stretched, I would prefer 16:10.
3. For a long time I could not catch the optimal brightness / contrast, so that it would be comfortable to surf on an Internet in a dark room - a large white field was simply blinding. And if you turn it off, it's already a bit dim during the day. But somewhere after a couple of weeks it settled down - probably, the eyes adapted?
I work on the monitor (fsh, HTML-layout, a bit of programming) and surf the internet. I rarely watch movies on my computer. There are no games at all. In theory, it would be necessary to take a "full-fledged" U2410 - but at the time of my purchase, for some reason, it abruptly disappeared from stores. And most importantly, it is ~ 1.5 more expensive - greedy.
In addition to Dell, I tested Nec EA231Wmi in the store (it turned out to be with a broken pixel + much more expensive) and Samsung F2380 on C-PVA (it also seemed to be quite a worthy option, although of course the viewing conditions were “field”).

LG W2220P. It costs about 9k. The price to quality ratio is excellent.
