I combine ux / ui and frontend skills, how to get more profit?

6 years layout experience.
Experience frontend (react - wrote ui lib, vue pet projects) 1.5 years.
Experience as a ux/ui designer for half a year (I moved to the same company with the same salary, now I'm the only designer there, I'm satisfied).
Zp norms. But I would like more.
The company is Russian, in the top 15 in its industry.

Problem: I like both, but there is more money in the front-end in the long run. In wet dreams, you want to combine and get x2 zp. What would you do if you were me?

In breadth, there will almost always be less money than in depth.
Several options come to my mind:

  1. 1. Get a job in a large product company, but a pure UX specialist is unlikely to succeed.
  2. 2. Teaching, in some Skillbox / Netology, etc.
  3. 3. Open your own business, manage the project yourself, hire an experienced HR, he finds specialists for you so that you do not have to deal with marketing, finance, etc. yourself. Another option is to make a mini-studio with a specialization in the visual part. The goal is to get into awwwards, behance and other tops.
What wins at Awwwards and CSS Design give...

In short, if the goal is to get more money, then this is how it should be formulated, there is nothing shameful in this. Unless, of course, this is within the framework of the Criminal Code)

Self-employment, self-brand (turnkey web services, freelance / own studio, etc.).
The ideal is to write a service that will solve the problems of hundreds of thousands of people, at least mvp.

I'm the same, just the other way around. 8 years of design, 2 years of front.
At my current job, I enjoy developing and, if necessary, designing.
You will not be able to earn x2 for a simple reason - time has not changed, it remains x1.
The application of your broad profile can be found in management or in your pet projects.

IMHO, the answer is obvious. If you want to develop as a specialist, you study the market, look at what you like, find among this salary that suits you (you may have to find a compromise between the first and second), if necessary, you improve the required skills (as part of your current job, not in free time), profit.
Opening your own business, freelancing, when your qualifications are not high - this is a "freeze" of your development at least.
Top 15 in its field says nothing about the Russian company. Even if it is in the top 5, it can still pay very low wages, and the qualifications of the employees will be appropriate.

And why without specifics then? How much is the norm?
A neighbor designer typesetter raises like a free lancer 200k says this is the ceiling, so alas
