Budget laptop for a web designer, what to look for?

Actually, the question is higher. I understand that such questions have probably already got everyone, but, as they say, do not blame me!
The budget is really 30 pieces, maximum 35.
What to look for so that it is not hard to work at all?

A designer needs a screen like IPS or PLS at least.
And 90% of laptops are TN, distorted color reproduction, but energy savings (on one battery charge - longer)
Those laptops with normal color reproduction are just expensive.
About the screen size, too - a terrible thing for the designer.
I would take a regular computer for this amount for a designer, not a laptop.
They are cheaper with better screen quality.

look for that thread is old / BU with a non-TN matrix, otherwise your eyes will flow. FOR 35k was like an old Alienware 17`
