BSOD MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR?

When a certain amount of occupied RAM is reached, bsod comes to visit (found out with the help of MemTest64), when with the KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR code, when with the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT code, there was also 1 SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION code, the cause address is everywhere ntoskrnl.exe+2f45a0
