BSOD 0x00000139 Kernel Security Check Failure - Server 2012 R2?

Yesterday there were about 10 bsod'ov and today the number is streaming to 20 for the whole day.
I checked the memory using the "Memory Diagnostic Tool" - no errors were found.
True, this test is dumb, because. check 32 gigabytes of RAM in 2 passes in 2 minutes - fantastic.
There is no way to check with MemTest, because the server is not standing by.
Perhaps you can check, but you need to deal with the IPMI panel and load the USB flash drive.
I checked the system drive using check disk - no errors were found.
The only thing that confuses me is the smart ssd system drive, it hurts sluggishly against the background of the second ssd for files.
