Browsers slow down, what to check?

Greetings comrades!
For reasons unknown to me, browsers began to slow down hard, any. Win10 Pro x64, i5 core, 16 GB RAM, SSD.
It worked fine, but a couple of days ago I turned on and noticed hard friezes when starting and closing browsers. Kamp slows down, the mouse jerks jerkily, in general friezes. When everything starts up okay, you open a new tab again, everything is plush. The same happens when the browser is closed. Other programs work fine, such friezes only when browsers are running. Antivirus is disabled, no updates seem to have been installed. In the manager, the load is only on these browsers.

@Franciz

I flashed the bios with the new version. The problem is gone. Although it's rather strange, it worked before and nothing changed. no config, nothing.
