Rules for advertising in google chrom extensions, what is possible - what is not?

Hello.
Interested in the rules for placing ads in extensions, which exchanges are allowed, etc.
Also interested in whether it is possible to embed advertising in a page of another site (with the permission of the user and only on the site with which this extension helps to work)
