Broken links in Excel?

Is it possible to roll back the state of an excel (xlsm) file a few days ago?
Can't find autosave.
So there is a document. It has many interconnected tabs.
1. Previously, the document was opened from one tab, now it opens from another tab
2. When copying a column from one tab and trying to paste it into another, nothing is inserted into some of the cells, and just 0.00 into the other. One word is not inserted. Also, there are errors in other actions.
There is also another such autosaved document, but 3 years old. There connections work and everything is copied and pasted. But it contains outdated information over the years. From here I understand that somewhere I broke the connection or something like that.
If someone gives a clue or a key to a solution, I will be immensely grateful

It opens from the sheet on which the last save took place. If there is a macro that activates a certain sheet forcibly when opened, then most likely this macro does not work.
Check if there are hidden rows (for one and columns) on the source sheet, they can be both hidden and manually compressed in height to zero - they are visually invisible, but their display will require different manipulations.
