Broken laptop from Amazon?

I ordered a laptop from Amazon, HP TouchSmart tm2.
The seller turned out to be Lgi ( www.amazon.com/shops/lgi_electronics )
After some time of use, it began to work poorly and then stopped altogether. The hp service center said that the sticker on the motherboard is re-glued and therefore not covered by the warranty. In general, the motherboard turned out to be non-working.
I wanted to file a complaint on Amazon, but they write to me that your complaint time has expired (3 months have passed, the most annoying thing is that yesterday it was still possible).
I also noticed that the warranty start date is several months earlier than I ordered the laptop.
Tell me what to do, where to write?
Thank you.

@Doman

Have you contacted LGI?

Apparently, this is a normal practice for HP and Dell, apparently they begin to consider the guarantee from the moment they shipped the laptop to the seller o_0. At least, this is not the first time I have seen such a situation. I bought a laptop, you look into the support center and they tell you that the warranty period has already been wound up for the third month. True, taking into account the presence of a local guarantee with the date of sale, I have not paid much attention to this yet - if anything, you can contact the OZPP.
But I don’t know what to do with a laptop bought abroad :(

Urgently write to Amazon's support, explain the situation to them, they say it worked, it worked and suddenly stopped, took it to the SC, they say it's not guaranteed. Try to hint that 30 or 31 days the difference is not great, that you are in a different time zone and, in general, you only received it from the SC, and therefore did not write a complaint in time.
