Broadcast video from HDMI to Wifi. How to do?

There is an HDMI output from which you need to broadcast video to the network. So that users can connect to the broadcast using only the IP address, i.e. without downloading any players and so on. We need this joy for 50 people at the same time. Connection to the broadcast from mobile devices (tablets, smartphones on IOS and Android) and laptops.

Who faced similar? Please tell me what are the solutions.

Look towards the pieces of iron of such a plan www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/800124-REG/Teradek_... then we drive via IP to any server, cache and distribute to any number of clients, or, well, broadcast to YouTube.

Install a computer with sufficient performance for HDMI broadcasting. From the software, try using VLC www.videolan.org/vlc/
On the PC, set up the web server and vlc for broadcasting, for example, using this tutorial www.yachaynik.ru/lokalnie-i-besprovodnie-seti/nast...
From clients, connect to wifi and go to the web server page from where you can watch the broadcast.
There are nuances, but you did not provide any details, so here it is.
