Which system unit to choose for a home router/VPN/DLNA/backup/NAS server?

I want to make my own router with blackjack and courtesans.
Approximate functionality (by priority):
# powerful router with 5G network (n, ac included)
# DLNA server for TVs/tablets/phones/console
# Apple Time Machine - backups of i devices
# Backup photos (maybe a raid?)
# SMS forwarding with a push-button phone (:-) tele2 does not have such a service in Moscow yet)
Further bells and whistles, like:
# VPN server
# Torrento-rocking chair
All this, it seems to me, requires a lot of RAM (8-16GB should be enough) and an average processor, something like Core2Duo (if not right, tell me). You also need a good WI-FI PCI card for this. This raises the question, is there a ready-made system unit for such needs? if not, which system unit to take and am I right in terms of performance characteristics of this system unit?

32 G of memory will fit in any motherboard with 4 memory slots.
The required amount of HDD will fit into any mini-ATX case
WI-FI PCI card will again fit into any non-slim case, and if the card is low-profile, then into Slim.
All this together will be collected for you in any computer store or computer firm.
Order and receive a ready-made system unit - with a passport and seals.
PS Core2Duo has been out of production for several years now.
