How to protect yourself from IP address clearance during VPN PPtP connection?

How to protect yourself from IP address clearance during VPN PPtP connection?
Windows 7 x32
What do I mean by this ?
Let's imagine a situation when there is an exchange of traffic and in some period the VPN connection drops literally for 5 seconds, at this moment the real IP address will be visible.

1. Register a permanent route to the desired address through vpn. There will definitely not be a connection, but connection attempts may light up, you need to check.
2. If there is a firewall, then prohibit it from leaving packets to the desired ip through the external interface.

I think you can "disable" (null route, on windows it's done like this ) the default route. To access the VPN server, prescribe a specific static route to it (as kodi mentioned ).
