I plan to write my own type of torrent. I ran into a problem: if the connection to the server is lost (blocking, etc.), how can a new server be put into use and inform clients about the new server without prescribing backup servers in the program, etc.
I only thought of the fact that the server sends millions of requests on the network and the clients accept them and connect to the new server.
