Broadcast posts from one WP blog to another in a Twitter widget style?

Hi guys! There was such a question, but somehow there was no solution.
That is, having a WP site, we want to display fresh entries from the WP blog in the "widget" of the footer and / or right column, where they will be:
1) news title = link
2) preview from the image of the broadcast post
3) n-characters from the description (preferably )
Appearance is similar to the Twitter widget.
Please tell me where to look or how it is possible to solve it?
