Broadcast packets behind NAT, what to google and what rualter to buy?

Initial data:
A working computer is located in working local networks (two) in the same networks there are a large number of other computers (servers) that need to be accessed.
The company provides VPN access for remote work (PPTP)
On the servers in the working local network there are several applications that communicate with each other using broadcast, on my work computer there is an application that catches these signals. If I put this application on my home computer, then broadcast signals do not go through.
I need to somehow make this application work on my home computer. I suppose that for this I need to somehow raise my VPN on my home router and in some sophisticated way connect my work computer to my local network (the home computer has a permanent white ip)
Will I be able to accomplish my plan?
MICrotik is currently being considered as a rualter.

@Tabletko

It's a very bad idea to drag L2 through vpn. But if you really want to, you can use EoIP
