Broadcast forwarding over VPN?

Brief details of my situation. I have mikrotik hap 2 ac at home, the standard subnet is 88.0, the arp-proxy mode is set in the bridge of the local network ports. There are 2 other computers that connect to my router via vpn and get ip from the same 88 subnet, while they see the local resources of this network and calmly go to them.
The question is, for example, we want to play cs 1.6, on a computer that physically creates a server in the 88 network. Computers that connect via vpn can access this server when indicated in the console, but the game itself is not visible in the game browser. I assume that the game sends broadcast packets, the very computers, if they were physically on this network, would see the server, but as far as I know, broadcast is not transmitted between networks ..
How to be in such a situation? :)

For broadcast to work, you need one common L2 segment (broadcast domain). In cs, it seems that you can add your server manually, you only need the server to have a static IP address on the network
