Broadcast audio from computer to computer

There are two Windows 7 computers located within the same WiFi network. How can you broadcast sound (preferably all, including system sounds) from one computer to another with minimal delays, without using additional cables?

1. install the remote administration program (yes, you can probably use the built-in "remote assistant" as well)
2. in the video card on the computer, from where you need to listen to sounds, set the recording from the line output
3. connect the program to the computer, turn on the broadcast from the microphone
4 ???
5. PROFIT

Sound broadcasting from one computer to another (others) can be organized using Ivan Sorokin's free miniature client-server application "p2p-music-1.0" released in 2004. The application works on Windows XP and above. On one computer, a server is launched that transmits sounds from the selected sound device (audio card, microphone). Clients are launched on other computers on the local network, without delay reproducing everything that is transmitted by the server. The official website of the program does not work, so you need to look for the program on software portals, for example, https://p2p-music.ru.malavida.com/

A jack-jack wire, on one we plug it into the speaker output, on the other into the line in.

The task, by the way, despite its simplicity, is very difficult.
At one time, it was decided by the organization of broadcasting on a local network on one computer (see towards Winamp). But you need to spend time tuning to ensure the required level of synchronization.

Try replacing the Wi-FI network with a regular cable. Perhaps this is the problem with pulseaudio.

You can try to connect cars via bluetooth - it can be presented as a stereo system.
