British UX/UI intensive: does it make sense?

Thinking about taking the British Higher School of Design's intensive courses on UX/UI and web design .
It feels like video lessons and books do not cover many basic topics, and I missed profile training at the university, and there are no suitable universities, as far as I know, as there are not even five years to study in them. In addition, it is interesting to listen to "cool" guys, professionals in their field. But I can not find any reviews about the program.
Perhaps someone is familiar with the British and their intensive courses?
Can a couple of weeks of intensive courses help you advance in this area at all, and can two intensive courses replace Russian education in web design? (regarding the profession)
Are there any good analogues? (In Russia and not only)
ps I would like to collect as many opinions and feedback as possible before giving a round sum.
pps I consider courses as a large-scale addition to self-study. Of course, I understand that professionals do not leave educational institutions.

The British is a good educational institution, primarily because of the teachers. In your course there are such teachers as Vetrov, who heads the design department at mail.ru, I would love to listen to him.
Well, besides, having been in the British you will find a party that in itself will direct you further.
I am sure such an experience will not be superfluous, I was satisfied, although it was a very long time ago.

I was at the presentation of term papers of students in the British, there were very positive impressions. Plus, one girl I knew studied there - I heard only positive feedback from her.

I'm against. By the time you learn, everything will become obsolete. Therefore, self-education is now in vogue. But for fun and parties, you can go to study.

I was at the last 404fest (rare shit), the only speaker who commanded respect was Mikhail Zhashkov . I think he has a lot to learn :)

I advise you to take an online course on UX design .
