I have been developing design for websites and applications for about 10 years. Usually I am ordered a certain amount of work on a site or application of a particular subject. The other day, a potential client knocked on the door, who wants to order a ui kit, and at the same time consults with me what is the best theme and what screens. In general, I still do not quite understand where to start and which side to approach. Perhaps there are some standards or rules or wishes on the basis of which ui kits are made?
