Bringing a startup to the global market (offshore, accepting payments, moving to Silicon Valley). Where to get information?

I am confused, I do not know where and how to google questions. Vsmysle I do not understand what exactly to google.
I have an Internet service for analytics, we are already self-sustaining in the Russian market, but initially the goal of creating a business is to work on the global market. Perhaps from the states or another country due to the climate.
Now the question of entering the American market is coming to the fore. Questions of interest are what companies Americans and Europeans work with (in terms of offshore zones or where the company should be registered).
How to accept payments from users from different countries, is one paypal registered to a Russian legal entity or offshore enough. What are the pitfalls with payments from China, for example.
How to move to Silicon Valley on a business visa, what are the prices for rent and employees. Where to look for rent and hunt people ..
In general, articles or blogs of those who solved such issues are interesting. I will be glad for any information

It is most comfortable for Americans to work with an American company. Europeans are much more flexible, especially when it comes to IT companies. Classic offshores are not held in high esteem everywhere, but there are many convenient schemes.
Paypal is categorically not enough for individuals, and it is not needed for legal entities - it is not clear if you have a b2b service, then why it was mentioned at all. Bank transfer + acceptance of major credit cards. With payments from China, there are no pitfalls, but working in this market and with those companies is a complete rake, think three times.
Of course, you can move on a B1 business visa, but not for long - a maximum of six months legally. In your case, a realistic option is to open an American subsidiary or an American parent company, transferring an existing subsidiary to it, and applying for an L1 visa as a director expanding business in the USA. You will have to prove that you can pay substantial income taxes and / or provide jobs for Americans. L1 can also be tried by key managers.
Prices in the Valley are outrageous for everything in general. Just flew on New Year's holidays, talked there with friends. Plus, keep in mind that without a credit history, everything will be in cash and payment in advance, insurance deposits for housing and a car, and other immigrant amenities.
Looking for a rental is not a problem if you have money. You don't need employees there, except for a couple of salespeople. The normal salary in the Valley is ~$130.000 per year (correspondingly, the cost for the company is ~140k).
