Bridge does not receive an address via DHCP from the provider?

Is available RB750 On it from provider on the 5th port on DHCP the gray IP (Internet) comes. on port 1, the output to the VLAN is configured through which the branches are connected. The branches have the same microtics with their own subnets and NATs. Everything is fine, everything works.
The task is next. A cable from the same provider is plugged into port 3 of the central microtic. If you enable the DHCP client on this port, then the port receives the address. If you get the 3rd port in a separate bridge and enable the DHCP client on it, then the bridge does not receive an address. I tried both on the 3rd port and on the bridge, and together immediately and separately turn on arp-proxy, there's no sense. In fact, the task is a little more, but I think having solved that part of the problem, everything else will work. The global challenge is this. In parallel, EoIP was raised to the branches and on the branch Mikrotiks it stands as a bridge with a certain free port. It is necessary that the computers connected to it receive addresses directly from the provider from port 3 of the central microtic. The circuit itself works. I checked it by driving it into the EoIP bridge on the central one, manually assigned an address to the bridge and included a DHCP server with a separate pool in the bridge, but disabled this 3rd port from the bridge. Everything is fine. Clients in remote offices received settings. But in the version of the bridge with the 3rd port, EoIP and DHCP from the provider, nothing goes. IP does not even get a bridge if you set it as a client. In the filters of the bridge it is empty, in the firewall the prohibitions are turned off. arp-proxy on port and bridge tried. What is the problem I do not understand.
