Branches of OPSOS'ov?
Hello dear habrchane.
Interested in such a question, do OPSOS's (in particular Beeline) control their affiliates in other countries?
I live in Uzbekistan, and recently the local Beeline has been behaving, to put it mildly, not adequately. The inadequacy lies in the fact that the quality of services has fallen sharply (as soon as they celebrated their fifth anniversary), in particular 3g Internet services. IP addresses change every time the page is refreshed. I understand that ips are dynamic, etc., but at least ip should be enough for the session, even when logging into your personal account on the beeliene.uz website, when you refresh the page, it throws it out, because the ip has changed. And this morning the servers are generally down:
It became impossible to work with the Internet at all, on any secure connection it throws out after updating the page. To solve the problem, I had to raise the proxy on 1 of the servers and work through it, but it shouldn't be like that!!!
I am interested in the issue of control, with an idea, maybe I can write a message to a higher authority (head office) ?! Beeline support service says:
Beeline: Well, you understand we have dynamic IP addresses
Me: I understand, but ip should be enough for at least a session, I can’t even stay in my personal account on the beeline.uz website for more than 1 minute, it throws me out. Maybe somehow the problem is solved, or what to do in this situation. Will you solve this problem?
Beeline: Unfortunately, the whole system works this way for us, and we cannot change it
The local beeline does not provide dedicated ip as a separate service. Leaving is
also not an option, the rest of the opsos do not have normal antennas in my area of residence

“IP addresses change every time the page is refreshed” - the ip address is allocated by GGSN\AAA within the pdp context (gprs session). Maybe the problem is rather in a bad connection and that the phone regularly falls off / disconnects from gprs?
“People, horses mixed up in a bunch ...”
I don’t quite understand what you are complaining about. You have mixed both the quality of communication and dynamic ip and the fallen server in one heap. Although these are somewhat different aspects of the service. (Although this does not make it easier for the subscriber - I understand this very well from my own experience).
Well, given the fact that the demand for the Internet now greatly exceeds the supply, I would not expect a serious improvement. Although in general, the people in Beeline work well.
You can try to write to the complaint box, Beeline's blog published his address. How this will affect the situation - I do not know.
