Telecom operators

Can the telecom operator issue a duplicate of my SIM card and make sure that some SMS are sent only to this duplicate?

Interested in a purely practical question. Is it possible for telecom operators to create a duplicate of my SIM card, fully working in parallel with my SIM card? Can the telecom operator at the same time set up the operation of 2 SIM cards so that for some time or from certain numbers my SMS receives a duplicate, and not me?

In the latest series of SIM cards, a duplicate cannot be made. If the second SIM is activated, then the first one goes out (does not catch the network). This can be done if you have an Android phone and a virus on it)) The virus hides incoming SMS from certain senders and automatically redirects them to another number. This can be checked by taking the details from your mobile operator.
I want to clarify that we are talking about Russian operators.

You can definitely make a duplicate, but about setting up SMS - most likely not
