Brakes google chrome?

I can’t understand, on a computer (win7) there are two browsers, fx and chrome. Fx works like clockwork, with all sorts of plugins and extensions. Chrome has already tortured with its brakes, well, at least it braked itself, otherwise it loads the entire system, to the point that the mouse moves intermittently. Especially slows down when playing video in the background. I tried to clean everything, caches, history, everything .. it doesn’t help, the flash player is the last one, chrome itself is on ssd, what else could it be? who faced?

The problem is that most browsers on Chromium , and in particular Google Chrome, create a separate process for each page, which consumes a lot of RAM

1) The fact that Chrome is installed on an SSD means nothing. Where is his cache? I redirected the cache to my ramdisk by changing the shortcut to launch Chrome to the following line:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disk-cache-dir=Z:\TEMP
2 ) Is there a Pagefile in the system?
3) On Win 7, disk defragmentation is configured automatically by default, but at what time? If at night, and at the same time the computer is turned off, then the disks have not been defragmented for a long time. Check the status.
