Brackets won't save the file due to permissions, why? And not only he is Atom too!
For the first time I encountered the problem of OS Windows!

1. We see that Windows :)
2. Do not write to the Program Files directory. It is protected by write permissions.
3. If you still want to write there for some reason, run Brackets with administrator rights. Or give the user write privileges on the directory's user table. But it's not safe.
