Bootable Acronis does not see IDE HDD, what should I do?

I decided to make an image of the system, on an old computer with IDE disks, the
ACHI version of acre 2015 switched and turned off and on ...
It writes that no disks were found. The disks are working, two pieces. Hitachi (Master with Windows) and Seagate.
I don't get it, what could be the problem?
I tried both versions of acre and 64 and 86, one x ... it pisses me off.
Before that, on the same computer, only with satash disks, I made copies of this acre, and on another newer hardware, too, everything is ok.

The problem is simply solved by selecting a suitable Live CD that sees the disks and launching Acronis on it in the desktop version. In general, Akronis is not the only utility then. For example, we use Ghost. It runs fine without installation.
