Books/resources for learning technical English without water?
At school, somehow it didn’t work out with English, I missed all the topics, so the level of proficiency in it is almost zero. It is still difficult to read the documentation, but I understand almost nothing by ear.
Therefore, I would like to quickly raise the level of English from elementary to intermediate / upper-Intermediate, where there is less water, more practice with theory.
Please give me a list of resources/books where I can read a lot of theory and practice, preferably on every grammar rule I have learned.

PRACTICE, PRACTICE and only PRACTICE!
English is not learned from books like the basics of programming.
1. Active practice: speaking, writing
2. Passive practice: reading, listening
Speak: italki.com (find a native speaker for $4-6 to learn proper English, not Hindi)
Write: lang-8. com (we write 10 sentences a day with new words - native speakers will correct them)
Read: lingualeo.com (read materials in the "Jungle" section)
Listen: podcast.cnn.com (choose what you like and listen to 20 minutes a day)
Compose a lesson plan for yourself for each day for each item above, and go!
There are a lot of books, and there are even more services on the Internet for learning English. language. But without regular speaking practice, it's all in one place. No matter how hard you go after books/services, you will never get higher than elementary.
Practice with natives and again practice with natives. In many cities, conversational clubs are now being organized. Here you go in them.
After many years of lingvaleo, I thought how cool I am: I can read Harry Potter in the original. And at the interview the day before yesterday, the girl put me in my place with a simple question. She asked for advice on which movie to watch and why.
Intermediate/upper-Intermediate levels are not measured by how you know the rules from a textbook, but by how you can communicate in a language.
Any online translator. What is there to learn? The terms are the same in all languages.
