Books for a beginner windows sysadmin?

I am a student, advise in order which books to study for the administrator of windows systems!

Here , not only on Windows, however, but a good selection for a novice admin. There are no download links in the article, but all books can be found on torrents without any problems.

For starters - I'm for Google. In books, you can dig in and gobble up a lot of unnecessary information at the moment. Set a task, solve it, then in books to systematize knowledge.

It makes sense for the admin to read only fundamental literature, because everything else is changing so quickly that books would not have time to publish (and the process of preparing a book for publication is oh so slow!).
For everything else, there is a favorite search engine that searches for a specific answer to a specific question.
