Book on unix for poppy?

Recommend a book in Russian to study the innards of the poppy system. I am very little familiar with Linux in general, I had a sad experience with Ubuntu and Fedora, and I remember that there are similar commands and principles with unix systems, but I would like to be more precise with poppy unix.
