A program for forming a custom dictionary of unfamiliar words?

There is a text in English full of unfamiliar words.
Task:
1) As soon as I click on a word, a popup appears with possible translations. I click on a translation suitable for the given context and this word is added to my dictionary.
2) In the dictionary, I need the ability to sort my words in the order they were added to the dictionary and print them in this form with transcription and translation.
There is such functionality in the Lingua Leo addon for browsers and I can make an HTML file out of my text and use Lingua Leo, but there is some kind of bug with a custom dictionary - by clicking on "print" it gives out a dictionary just in the form I need necessary (word, transcription, translation), but completely in an arbitrary order, not alphabetically and not in the order of addition.
There is also a similar functionality in WordMemo, but there is no way to sort the words in the order they were added, or export, or show the transcription of the word.
Please suggest other similar products.

Abbyy Lingvo Tutor , for example. Lingvo can work as an interlinear, and Tutor can collect a dictionary from the query history in Lingvo and print it.
