Blur on external monitor in chrome, what's the problem?

I connected an external monitor to the MacBook Pro and noticed the following problem:

The fonts in the window itself are blurry, I notice this on all sites, despite the fact that the fonts themselves, for example, tabs, are clear. What could it be and how can I fix the problem?
