Bluetooth on the ear - is it harmful?
Which is better for brain health, leaning your mobile to your ear while talking, or wearing a bluetooth headset on your ear all day? Conversations, say, 20-30 minutes a day.
Does Bluetooth also radiate? Or is it not so critical?

A cactus strapped to your ear will save you from harmful radiation =)
But seriously, as far as I know, there is no reliable scientific data on the effect of mobile phone radiation on human health. But if we consider the issue from the standpoint of general logic, then the headset is potentially safer in terms of radiation and more dangerous in terms of affecting hearing.
The safest in terms of radiation is considered to be a bunch of phone - wired headset. Phone in the bag, headset in the ears.
I don’t know how harmful it is, but it definitely looks miserable) if it’s not driving, of course, however, you also look like a Robocop
a knowledgeable person told me that the power of the transceiver of the headset is some milliwatts, and this power is not enough to “pierce” the skin
Bluetooth will also radiate, but of course less than a phone leaning against your ear!
I won’t say anything about bluetooth, but here’s what about base stations:
According to the Sanitary Norms and Rules, BS antennas are placed on existing buildings of any type and on specially constructed masts. Among the BS antennas installed in one place, there are both transmitting (or transceiving) and receiving antennas, which are not sources of EMF. The radiation pattern of antennas in the vertical plane is constructed in such a way that the main radiation energy (more than 90%) is concentrated in a rather narrow "beam".
It is always directed away from the buildings on which the BS antennas are located, and above the adjacent buildings, which is a necessary condition for the normal functioning of the cellular communication system.
BS antennas do not emit constant power 24 hours a day, but have a variable radiation schedule determined by the load, that is, the presence of cell phone owners in the service area of a particular base station and their desire to use the phone to talk. For stations located in different parts of the city, the loading schedule is different. At night, the BS load is practically zero, that is, the stations are mostly “silent”.
Yes, it is harmful, especially if you wear it all the time - because you look like an idiot.
Wi-fi, bluetooth - everything is harmful if you sleep with a Bluetooth gadget on your ear.
Stick to simple rules:

PS I use a similar headset when driving.
I conducted the study much faster and easier: from an hour of talking on the phone, my temple hurts (it feels like it was loaded with a fist there), from the headset - no. That's all.
