Blocking hooks in windows 10 x64. What can interfere?

Good afternoon.
There is an application which creates child processes.
They do not work correctly, so the application itself does not work. Support suggested that in win 10 something is preventing the app's hooks from working correctly.
I don't know about the mechanism and operation of this application. Smartscreen and Firewall are disabled, kernel isolation is also disabled just in case.
I understand that there are no psychics, but please tell me what else can block the application?

There are APIs that show if hooks are installed by other applications. Accordingly, some application may contain this functionality. Try to kill all non-critical applications in the task manager and only then start your own.
