Blocking a site for mining and extraction?

Hello, gentlemen, we installed 3 different players on the site to watch movies and found that 1 of them, together with ads, uses mining while watching a movie. One of the users wrote something like this:

What if we are fined for using and distributing malware? Or get blocked? Is it possible as he says and does it have to do with mining? It's easier for us to remove the player from the site, but there are about 5110 of them and we use their 4TB video hosting for free. It's hard to refuse. I would be glad to hear your opinion about such pressure on our site by one of the users.

Yes, search engines impose sanctions and lower, or even remove from search results.
