Blocked on Upwork. How to be?

I took 1 project for upwork. Did it and got good feedback. The client proposed a second project, I agreed, and proceeded to implement it. The project is almost done, showed to the client. It remains to fix the bugs. Suddenly my profile is blocked. The client did not write to me. But I understand that he could complain somehow anonymously? Upwork support says nothing.

I suspect that because of communication on Skype, and not through their messenger. If Upwork is so jealous, why give him another reason?
And I don't see any reason to communicate through the most crappy program that can be - skype. The built-in messenger is good because it stores correspondence and allows you to contact technical support in disputable situations.
Why Skype is a shitty program? Because in the message history she writes not "sent 10/22/2019 09:44", but "sent a week ago". Those. they take me for a complete moron who, looking at the date in the form of a number, will not be able to understand for himself that it was a week ago or 2 weeks ago.
