Blocked launch tor.exe how to bypass?

Good afternoon!
Tell me about this problem:
On a working laptop, access to the Internet is very limited and there are no administrator rights. The admins have thought everything through - Kaspersky Endpoint Security is installed, the Internet is only through a proxy, etc. Until recently, I successfully used TOR, but it was added to the list of prohibited programs :) Ie. When I start Torah, it says that the program has been blocked by group policy. Those. the launch of tor.exe is blocked - I tried to rename tor.exe, but then it does not start, but the renamed process hangs stupidly and nothing happens. The option to negotiate with the admins for whiskey also does not roll :) because they are in another city.
Has anyone experienced this and knows the solution?
If someone knows how to solve this problem, please tell me!

Quit if you don't like the working conditions.

@NeiroNx

Boot from a flash drive if there is no password on the BIOS. You can also try renaming the program.
