How to use a gateway to wrap traffic through several tor?

There are 2 virtual machines in the local network, the first machine acts as a gateway and has access to the Internet, and the second has access only to the local network. Tor runs on the gateway and tunnels through itself the traffic of all incoming packets. This is not enough for me, I want to add 1 more tor to the gateway.
The question is, how can I redirect traffic to a separate tor on the second machine?
For example, when port 9999 is set on the second machine, packets go through 1 torus, and when I select 9919, then packets go through 2 torus

Until you have determined the model of the intruder, all these actions are meaningless. When you determine the model of the intruder, it may become obvious that these actions are redundant :)
From whom are we protecting ourselves, what are we trying to prevent? Two toruses are a thing that, by meaninglessness, is approximately equal to two caps, one above the other on one head :)

Because it makes no sense - TOR does it internally.
