Blocking sites even in TOR-browser?
Good afternoon.
I decided to go to one of the sites blocked by Roskomnadzor (torrent tracker) from under the Tor browser.
The stub block.naukanet.ru came out , although this is not my provider at all and it is not in my city.
The chain in the Tor browser was France-US-Germany.
How did it even happen? The provider can view Tor traffic, then what does a completely different provider have to do with it?
At the same time, as soon as I entered the same address again in a new tab, it connected quietly.
