Blender, topping under glaze, how to decide?

Hello, I ran into a problem, the topping is displayed from the back of the glaze but not from the top. I did everything according to the lessons on YouTube, but I don’t understand how to attach the topping render to the top glaze volume grid.

Everything worked out, though not exactly the way I planned. I had to hide the internal grid, and the render was automatically attached to the volume grid, I couldn't find any other way.
