BLE - the minimum period between sending advertising and the minimum period between sending data in a paired state?

Task: broadcast data using bluetooth low energy(da14531 dialog), broadcast 8 bytes at a frequency of 500 times per second.
If I understood correctly from an Internet search, the minimum period between sending advertising is 20 ms, is this true, can it be less? When connected, is it possible to achieve such a transmission frequency? If so, how many devices can be connected to one master?
