How to fix music lag via bluetooth?

Hello, there are portable speakers that connect via bluetooth to a laptop (macbook). The problem is that the sound lags. Every N seconds the sound twitches. OS X El Capitan. Interestingly, this problem is with speakers from different companies. Through the iPhone, the sound is normal.

I could be wrong, but I heard somewhere that BT conflicts with WiFi (even with some specific channel / frequency). Try turning off WiFi to check, change the channel.
