How to get Bluetooth keyboard working on Windows 10?

I'm trying to pair my keyboard and PC on Windows 10, but it doesn't work. The keyboard connects via the PC's built-in Bluetooth. The keyboard is obviously working. The PC finds the keyboard, plugs it in, then displays a message with a password that must be entered on the keyboard, and then press Enter. I enter the password, press Enter, after which the password entry message closes, that is, the password is entered correctly, then the keyboard is installed (the device is configured). That's all. The keyboard does not work :(. Tell me what can be done.
I found on the Internet that " Windows 10 for smartphones: support for Bluetooth-cla... ", perhaps this is the whole problem?

There are universal bluetooth keyboards (suitable for both Windows 10, Android, and iOS,) with which the problem is solved.

If you have Windows 10 Technical Preview, then this is most likely the problem. If not. Then it might be worth trying to update the built-in BT drivers for your PC motherboard. If this does not help, try an external BT adapter.

Faced the same trouble. I have a tablet on win10, I have a Bluetooh mouse that works great with it, I decided to buy a Bluetooth keyboard as well, when I started connecting it - everything is just paired, connected and that's it, the keyboard does not work. I thought the problem was in the keyboard, I changed it to another in the store and the same trouble, none of the 4 different keyboards tested worked. What can be wrong? Klava is badly needed ((((

I have exactly the same problem. The keyboard worked fine with the PC a week ago. Now it also connects, but does not print. However, the iPhone works correctly. What could be the problem? How to solve it?
