"Blacklist" for Chrome

Please let me know if there is such an extension. In particular, I want websites not to load javascript from addthis.com and similar services. I do not need them, and sites slow down.

This is exactly what NoScript is for: chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn?hl=ru (allows the user to whitelist)
