Black screen on OS startup (and after reinstallation). What to sin?

Netbook LG x140. There was a seven 32-bit, the laptop was dropped. Now Windows is loading, but after the slider just a black screen with backlight (there are loading sounds). Reinstalled Windows - did not help, the same thing. At the final stage of the installation, the screen turned black, and the image blinked only once, at the very end.
What could it be?
It does not enter safe mode, because the installation of Windows was not completed (preparation for the first use). On the previous system, it entered safe mode, there were error messages in the log about loading some drivers asw.....dll (several files)
