Black screen, caps on the keyboard works, reacts to reboot. What could be?

Hello everyone) I decided to update the PC. I bought a new motherboard, percent, ozu. Vidyaha is old.
Gigabyte b560m motherboard, i5 11400f processor, 2008 geforce 9600 video. PC boots,
caps works on the keyboard, reacts to alt + ctr + delete (goes into reboot), but there is no signal on the display. Stupidly black and the cooler spins as if there are no drivers.
What could be? PCI should support old vidyuhi?
