BitrixVM: why is smtp.yandex.ru not found when sending mail?

There is a site on 1s-bitrix. Now it is under development, and it is running on BitrixVM (windows 7). I'm trying to get my mail forwarding. Set up according to instructions . /etc/msmtprc (something for***):

When testing the system, mail is not sent. Here is what was found in the logs:
