BitrixVM. Push and Pull doesn't work. Messages do not come in real time. What is the problem?

Look in the wrong place: first in the browser console, then in the case of nodejs (and you have just such a case) - /var/log/push-server/ and look at the logs there :)

did you enable it in the console muzzle?
as practice shows, this ... works in the www folder more confidently than in ext_www, especially if you have b24
