Boxed solution Bitrix 24-srm+ online store. The first site on the virtual machine is the CRM on the subdomain (crm.site.ru), the 2nd site on the domain (site.ru) through the symlinks of the online store. In this version of Bitrix, orders from the online store immediately appear in the CRM. How to set up mail on both sites? or just one?? To receive notifications about the order and send about the order to the buyer

Mail is configured not in the CRM + IM product, but on the server where the site is installed.
If you are using Bitrix Env, then there is documentation on setting up SMTP: https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/course/?COURSE_I...
If you are using something other than Bitrix Env, then check with your hosting -provider.
