How to send data from the Bitrix CRM form to the lead?

Bitrix has a CRM form. How to send data from it to an existing lead, or if you create a new one.
There is an option by phone number, or full name, but that's not it.
You need to do this... Suppose a certain link is created in a lead, and when filling out a crm-form, the data from it goes to the desired lead.
Can I somehow pass the UTM tag or remake the JS script?
